There are people whose vision in the left eye is radically different from vision in the right eye, this aliment is called Anisometropia. Anisometropia is a condition in which the two eyes have an unequal refractive power. One eye may be myopic (nearsighted) and the other hyperopic (farsighted).
If you have anisometropia, only perform exercises with one eye at a time, while you cover the other eye with your hand.
First test how each eye will react, by first blocking your left eye,
perform the exercises. Block the right eye with your hand and then perform the exercises.
If the eyesight of both eyes becomes nearly the same, please do exercises with both eyes at the same time.
Also, if you wear the Pinhole Eye Mask with stressed and fatigued eyes, please perform eye exercises first, to reduce stress. |
